By placing an order with Nisah Studio, you represent that you are the owner, agent, or representative of a currently valid business and that the transaction being made is a wholesale purchase for resale. All sales are final.
How to place an order?
Once you have been approved as a Trade member, you can place orders via wholesale online shop. Along with your membership, you will receive access to our wholesale website/online shop.
How do I submit a PO?
All orders must be placed via our wholesale website/online shop. Please do not email us your PO. Your order will only be placed if it is through wholesale shop.
What happens after I place an online order?
Online orders are sent directly to the order desk and put into our system. Members must submit any changes or cancellations to art@nisahstudio.ca within (4) four business days of placing their order. This is the cut-off. Our art is made-order and production starts asap. So if your changes/cancellations are submitted after four business days, unfortunately, it's too late.
When is my credit card charged when I place an online order?
All orders shall be placed with a credit card in our wholesale shop. Nisah Studio charges credit cards for the entire purchase price of the order at the time you place your online order. By providing a credit card number and expiration date on the order form, you are irrevocably authorizing Nisah Studio to charge the credit card for the entire purchase price.
How do I place an online order for pick up?
At this time, we do not allow for in-studio pickup. Trust us; we would love to meet our local design community. However, with social distancing and all, at this time, all orders are delivered. And, it's free delivery, so why not.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free. This charge applies to your entire order, regardless of the quantity, product, or size. A rural delivery surcharge will be applied to remote addresses. This is due to the higher costs of delivering to rural areas and calculated and charged on top of your order total at the production time. Your Postal Code determines this additional cost by the courier company. We charge you exactly what they charge us.
Where does Nisah Studio ship to?
Our art ships to anywhere in Canada and the USA.
How will I know when my order is ready to ship?
You will be sent an email when your order is being shipped out. We work with a local framing company, and all works are securely packaged and shipped out directly from their shop.
How long is the delivery/shipping time?
Delivery is typically within (1-3) one to three weeks from completed production. Please see below for how long it takes to produce art.
How do I communicate to Nisah Studio if my order needs to be received by a particular date?
We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping time is 1-3 weeks after production is complete.
Is my art going to arrive in good condition?
All orders are packaged locally with our framer using time-tested, super-tough packaging materials. Approximately 0.3% of packages are damaged. However, all of our shipments are fully insured, so should any damage occur during shipment, you are covered.
How long does it take you to produce my art?
The amount of time required to complete your order depends on the type/size of product. All times listed are AVERAGE times. During the Seasonal Holiday Rush, expect production times to be longer. Please keep in mind that each piece of art is a custom product that needs to be produced and packaged for safe transport.

We create all artwork to order; we do not carry any stock.

Nisah Studio is proudly a boutique (a beautiful word that really just means "small") business, and we do not provide terms. Payments are processed via credit card at the time of production.

Why do I need to provide my Federal Tax ID number?
US customers need to provide their Federal Tax ID# at the time of setting up their trade account. We require a Federal Tax ID (also known as an Employment Identification number, EIN) for identification purposes on any customs paperwork that needs to accompany shipments.
How do I report a damaged shipment?
Damage claims must be submitted with images of the boxes and artwork within two business days of receiving the shipment. Please send pictures and information about the damaged shipment to art@nisahstudio.ca.
